CR-10 SMART Power Up Fault

Hi everyone

Could anybody help with the power up problem with my CR-10 SMART please?

When the momentary power button on the side of the unit, the fans activate while the button is depressed and the main display attempts to load, but as soon as the button isn’t pushed in, all power is lost. I have tried holding in the momentary power button, but I only turn on the fans, the display screen information never loads.

I made a video clip but apparently you can only upload a tiny 20mb file here, so I’ve cut the file down to size by reducing the resolution quality

I suspect a rogue firmware or software file was transferred while the printer was linked to Creality Cloud.

I’ve attached a photograph of the information given to me by Creality Cloud and a photograph of the mainboard of my printer…
