CR-10 Smart Pro - Printing TPU

Hi guys,
Im new to 3d printing, and I have cr-10 smart pro.
Printing PLA works fine, but I want to print TPU, and I need help with getting things printed.
I prepared model with slower printing speed (and common settings people usually share for printing TPU)

At first I couldnt make extruder to pull string… Then I started tweaking screw on extruder… I managed to get something but not much… after less than a minute fillament doesnt come out and I need to pull hard to remove it from extruder…

I think there is a little peace of filament left in the extruderscrew that blocks the rest of the filament. that I have experienced a few times.
Try to remove that and it will work fine after that.
