I have a CR-10 Smart that seems to have a bricked board. it wont power up, the screen has the “little lights/stars when holding the secondary power button. But as soon as you release the button…nothing happens. It just wont boot. I tried to reload the firmware, but no luck.
I googled what replacement board can be used… and it returned more then a few E3 Free-run as a replacement… however after getting a E3… i realized there is definitely a connector issue…. As in not enough large on the E3. There are 2 large 14 and 16 pin connections on the old board that the E3 lacks.
Is there a way to make the E3 free run work on it? or is there a different board folks can recommend. I have a sonic pad which i run a Ender 5 Plus from, so my plan was to put the CR-10 on the sonicpad as well.
