Hey everyone,
I was attempting to install a bltouch sensor on my cr-10 v3.
During the installation I connected the cable backwards (on the board side) and after turning on the printer I immediately smelled something burning.
I turned the printer off quickly and reversed the connection (because I also noticed the bltouch did not light up the first time).
When I turned the printer back on it worked as normal and I could move all the axis and do basic configuration.
However, half of the LCD screen looks dimmer and now I can’t connect it to my laptop to upload a new firmware.
What could I have damaged with the reverse connection?
And are there any suggestions on how can I upload a firmware?
I already tried creality slicer and cura.
Thank you…
