I have had my CR10SE for over a year now and had many successful prints. Recently I came back to it after a month away and I cant get it to print properly. I have completed a calibration before the print but the first layer looks like it starts OK but then gets worse as it progresses across the build plate. I have tried different PLA filaments including ones that have printed OK in the past and they are all the same. My drier says the moisture is about 15%.

Have you checked if the nozzle clogged or a just wipe the textured PEI in warm soapy water with a soft sponge This because it might be adhesion issues.
I have done both and it makes no difference. I have tried with and without glue as well.
Look at your Heat Brake Fan. Mine died and my first layer kept coming out like that until everything would jam up.
I looked and the fan seems to be spinning and there is a current of air across the print head. I tried the other fans as well and they all seem to be working.
