Hola, tengo el siguiente problema, desde que instalé la version 7 de Crality Print no puedo lograr que arranque se queda en la pantalla de inicio con la leyenda CARGANDO CONFIGURACION y de esa pantalla no pasa.
Ante este problema intento arrancar versiones anteriores (que antes funcionaban, 5 o 6) y ahora tambien se quedan en la pantalla de incio del programa.
Agradecere vuestra ayuda, tengo Windows 11 (ya realice una instalación limpia tanto de Windows como de Creality Print) sin éxito.

Hello, I’m having the following problem: since installing Creality Print version 7, I can’t get it to start. It gets stuck on the “LOADING CONFIGURATION” screen and doesn’t go any further.
When I try to start older versions (which used to work, versions 5 and 6), they also get stuck on the program’s startup screen.
I would appreciate your help. I have Windows 11 (I’ve already performed a clean installation of both Windows and Creality Print) without success.
