Crealit Print does not connect to cloud

I recently had to reset my computer, via wiping my drive and reinstalling a fresh copy of windows.
Installed creality print v4.3.8.X. Now, when I try to login to crealitycloud via creality print, I get “SSL certificate problem: unable to get local user certificate”
I’ve tried manually downloading and installing the crealitycloud certificate, adding creality print to the list of apps allowed to connect to the network, etc. I noticed, when I click on the models link in the prepare screen, nothing is displayed. It’s as if windows is not even allowing creality print to connect to the internet at all. I’ve google every option I can think of, but not getting any results that are relevant.
Anyone know how to fix?

I should add, I AM able to connect to my printer (ender 3 v3 se with nebula pad) via wireless and print.

I tired the latest version as well, 5.1.X, but the issue persists.

Turns out, windows (win11 pro) isn’t pulling the local (US) certificate for some reason. It only allows the TrustAsia Technologies, Inc. cert.

Refer to my post here

I contacted tech support on this issue, and oddly, I tried on another windows computer (win11 home), and I can see all the certs.

Not sure if pro vs home makes a difference, but I do feel like I’m missing something, or got an update that blocked something when I did the fresh install. I’ve checked certs on many other sites, and crealitycloud seems to be the only one affected though.

So, I contacted creality support on this issue, and after several back and forth emails, their only solution was to send me the certificate. The certificate which I already had downloaded while in llinux. I know the lack of windows now “allowing” the certificate, is what is causing the slicer to fail to connect to the cloud, but, to me, the bigger issue is why isn’t windows allowing/showing the other certs?
But, at this point, I am exhausted in trying to fix the problem with creality’s tech support.
