i’ve installed Creality print v 7.0.0.4127 on a mac with os 26.2, and i ve a trouble with language selection in settings, Every time I change the language of the program, when I restart it everything goes back to the way it was when I first installed it, preferences and original language.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I have the exact same problem. I haven’t found a solution yet.

Mac version is clear. No virus detection.
Sorry, I did not mean the issue was a virus. The virus in Print-7 is windows specific. I am just saying this is a pretty sloppy release. There’s going to be a few bugs. they may not have solutions until the next release. Support does not appear to read the forum. be sure to put in a bug report so they know it needs to be fixed.
