IOT ERROR CANT CONNECT TO SERVER?

I got the same error message, but I think my router is the bottleneck. I’ve already tried opening various ports (80,443,123,3128,5252 etc.), but I don’t seem to have narrowed down the problem yet.
I can’t even pinpoint why the firewall is restricting access to the cloud.
