Creality cloud with sonic pad not working

I used to be able to connect my sonic pad that is connected to my gender 3 v3 se to my creality cloud app but now when I try to connect it on the sonic pad it displays a QR code (doesn’t work I have tried it) and says this function will be opened in the future even though I have been able to before. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw on reddit a recommendation to tirn the device on and off. It worked for me on the second cycle through on/off
