As many users are confused about reaching out to our external service channel eg. customer service and different of our representatives, here are more details below to reach the right place and proper person to get your problem solved!!
I’ve never been able to get anyone on the phone and haven’t got a response by email in probably couple of weeks now…so how is anyone supposed to try and get anything warrantied…it’s absolutely ridiculous.
based on my own experience from England, I would put Creality and Anycubic at the bottom, then Bambi (based on what I read) then Qidi and Snapmaker for best CS. It is a little wishy washy as I don’t have all printers in the world but I do have Creality, Qidi, Anycubic and Snapmaker.
Had a small issue with my Q1Pro extruder doing the clicking thing, contacted CS they got back to me next day and basically said what I had already done, a clog unblocking. Others have had much bigger problems and had them solved by new bits or advise. Don’t think they have had door hinge or feet problems on their Plus4 unlike the K2 printers. Non partisan 3D printer user point of view.
Well, I’ve had no issues that I would consider contacting Creality support with my K1C, a few minor bobbles have mostly been user screwups and easily solved. The forums have been handy for answering any issues so far. I know I’m only a sample of one, but for the few months I’ve had my printer, I really can’t complain about it’s performance.
Sorry creality but this is fake news, I have contacted your customer support through the mail above and I was getting 1 reply per week at best, it took more than one month to ship my replacement parts for my printer and also they got stopped for customs. Which required me to pay 70€ for 60€ of declared replacement parts… I contacted your support again to ask them If I should send the parts back and there’s no reply up to this moment… Sorry to say this but this is one of the worst quality of support that I’ve received in years…
