Creality CR M4 Error Code E07

I have Error E07 on the Creality touchscreen.

I have switched out the thermistor and heating element for anew one, but I still get this error.
What should be my next steps in troubleshooting and trying to fix this error?

I have the same issue E07. At the first i just go to adv.set and do nozzle temp test and it works.But now temp showwing -15. i did clean the nozzle ,clogging but still showing -15 degree after nozzle temp test.what should i do now?
