I designed this custom handle for Creality CR Scan Otter. This allows the user to position the Otter horizontally or vertically, with ease and precision of movement. I have designed a handle that suits most hand sizes for comfort without the risk of hand cramps or aches.
This is printed in PLA, however, you can print it in whatever material you desire that works for you. Please ensure you enable supports, I use tree supports with a top and bottom z distance of 0.275, and it worked well for me. This will give a clean overhang finish.

The CR Scan Otter snaps into the integrated cradle, giving a very secure fit. It is then removed by simply pushing the from beneath the cradle through holes provided.

The pass through opening allows the USB 3 cable to pass through the handle unit to allow its connection to the Otter 3d Scanner.
