There is a problem with the cloud communication of my k1c device, which I have been using for a while. I have to log in again (scan the QR code) every time I turn the device on again. Also, the camera image does not appear in the cloud or the android application. I wrote to customer service many times, sent screenshots and log records, but there was no response.
As far as I researched, there are dozens of people experiencing this problem and they have been experiencing this problem for at least 1 year, Creality definitely does not find a solution.
