i have a Creality ender 3 neo v2, recently brought a sonic pad and installed and connectd to printer.
while trying to print from Creality print, there is only 2 optionsar e showing as sonic pad, and i cannot able to select neov2 model for print.
The currently selected printer (Fast-Ender-3 V2 Neo) is not compatible with the print preset (Creality Sonic_Ender-3 S1 0.4 nozzle). Please reselect the printer on the preparation page or select a compatible printer on that page
