Hello, I installed nebula pad on my ender 3 neo and when I have to do the manual calibration of the bed it takes the center of the bed wrong. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?
Hi
is your printer the Neo or the Neo V2?
if you have the Neo there is new firmware for the Nebula pad.

Which version do you have installed?
To me this looks like the software is looking for a larger print area.
I would check what you installed when you fitted the Nebula Pad and then see if better software is available for your exact model.
I will say Creality do NOT make this simple, check all firmware versions to ensure the right one is installed and dont forget the mainboard updates.
Check everything here:
Hello, good. With the original Creality firmware I couldn’t find the fault but I rooted the nebula pad and I was able to find the problem, basically there is an error in the config.cfg of the machine, the dimensions are not correct for the NEO/V2.
Now I use the nebula pad with root access, configure and calibrate the entire machine and it works perfectly.
Hello, I’m having the same issue with my Ender 3 Neo. I just got the Nebula Pad and I can’t find any forum posts on how to solve the problem. Could you tell me how you fixed it? I’ve been working on this for several days and I’m quite lost.
Hello, this is off the topic but i wanted to know which option you chose as the model to set up the Nebula Pad? I dont see a Neo option. I chose Ender 3 with CR Touch but got the error in the picture. I did update to the same firmware as you did.
