This is my first troubleshooting query. I have a snapped filament inside my Ender3 NEO V2 Bowden tube which I am trying to remove. I have removed the small blue clip at the end of the tube nearest the filament but cannot remove the tube. I have tried to find a solution but unsuccessfully so far. There are numerous YT videos on the subject but none relate to this printer model. Underneath the small blue retaining clip is a black plastic insert but this refuses to come out along with the tube. Any help would be appreciated. Martin
I have been able to remove the snapped filament inside the Bowden tube with some effort. The filament was snapped at two points inside the tube, which made it a bit more tricky to remove as this is the first time I have attempted this.
