Please help me fix my Ender 3v3 so I can use it again. I had been using it for a little while now and noticed a clog in it. It started as a minor fix but now it’s gotten a lot bigger than the last time it happened to me.
In the process of trying to get the top of the print head off the wires came loss. How can I fix it and how much will it cost to replace and repair?
I’ve tried to look up the serial numbers on the machine but none of them seem to be working.
Oh dear As @Bonfireman says if the wires are broken it will mean a new hotend assembly.
I had a similar problem about a month ago and had to replace the nozzle, heater and CL Touch. It’s not a massive job to fix it but can be a bit fiddly if you have sausage fingers like mine! Cost-wise, it’s not too expensive but just annoying. I notice in your picture that there is a burn mark on the CL Touch connector. Hope you don’t have to buy a new circuit board as well!
Yea I was told I might have to buy a new circuit board for it. It’s not just the nozzle that got stuck the whole head was a pain to get off because of the amount of goop it left from the last failure.
Is there a certain type of circuit board that I should be recommended to as if I had to replace mine with a new one?
Hey you all it’s me Cameron, just wanted to inform everyone that I finally received my ordered part for my 3d printer. I should be ordering the hotend and probably the heat sink ass well. I will make another post when they arrive. As for when the whole machine is back together.
