Hi,
is there anyone that already uses Ender-5 Max and could measure and confirm external dimensions of the device?
Especialy, what is the minimum height of the desk to have Ender-5 Max placed underneath and work correctly?
For me, it looks like dimensions given in official spec are not correct and much oversized
If you’re placing it under a desk, I’d give it 90cm height & width + 75cm depth/length for comfortable operation. I measured the height with the extruder tube at it’s peak bend and considered the spool holder in the width.
The feet are at the very edge of the printer. Actual printer dimension are 600x605 mm.
I don’t recommend less than 600 mm because the feet are more like a thick O-ring, they are not fully solid.
The dimensions on the creality website include the display (649 mm) and the spool holder (721 mm), which both stick out a bit of the metal frame. The hight includes also the data cable and bowden tube (850 mm).
