Hi, has anyone had a problem with the orange glass window on the laser head. mine fell out while the machine was working and I noticed too late and the laser cut it into a few pieces. I have tried to get a replacement from the UK Creality store but they just say it is not available at the moment and to try Amazon, ebay, Temu etc to possibly obtain the orange glass window from some third party supplier. I have exhausted all these avenues for almost 3 months to no avail. Can someone please help me?
