Hi, Today i was engraving when i saw it engraved to the metal surface underneath wood (see the image) and i dont know if its fatal or its normal in daily engraving… And please tell me whats the name of the part. And if i want to replace it, can i find it on eBay or i need to contact creality if they have the part and i have it damaged
This tray is bound to get marked up with daily use. I would say to not worry too much about markings left on it. That said, if your cuts are having that much impact on the bottom tray it’s probably a sign you can lower your power for that material, or increase your cut speeds because it is way overkill for the material you were cutting
A diode laser will never cut through the drawer since it’s made out of steel. It just engraves in the paint. The only downside is that the machine looks used this way, but IMO this is a tool so not really that important to avoid it.
