I have installed everything correctly.
Also pulled the protective film from the red plastic.
But even then it smokes a bit at the part where the fan is installed.
Does someone had this problem as well and / or knows how to fix this?
I don’t have the PRO with the rigid enclosure, but I got the “soft” enclosure separately when I bought my 22W Falcon. In my case, the fan on the enclosure is way too weak to be usefull.
Also, make sure there is a way for the air to enter if you want proper air flow - what goes out needs to be able to come in some way. This being said, I don’t know how your encolsure is built, so I can’t really say that is the issue.
Can you try to trace it with a flashlight where light shines through to find any gaps?
Mine does not have this problem, so it should be possible to get it air tight there.
Yes found out. The box isnt airtight at all. See photo’s
Can somebody check how it is with other falcon 2 pro’s
Have contact creality about this matter.
After sending emails for two months now they didn’t came up with a solution to my liking.
The gaps don’t below there. The first solution was sending another top. But that one wasn’t in stock. So then they told me to send everything back. But that’s not what i want.
Customer service is really terrible. Finally no solution at all.
If I knew this before i would buy the creality falcon 2 pro I wouldn’t buy it.
Then it was better to buy an Xtool.
