So I have a Creality Falcon A1 10W enclosed laser. Love it! But after a while it started squeaking, and Google suggested checking the belts. I did, and that fixed the squeaking. However, now at higher speeds it makes a dull vibrating sound from the head. There’s no obvious quality issue yet, but I’m worried about its lifespan. I tightened the tensioners at the back of the machine (left and right), which stopped the squeaking caused by the belts splitting—the right one was mostly at fault
Can you check for loose screws? Maybe some screw on the head vibrated loose.
