I am having trouble with engraving with the falcon pro,
i updated lightburn, cleaned the unit, tensioned the belts but can seem to get it corrected.
this problem started randomly about 2 weeks ago it was working perfectly fine previously

Can you explain the problem you’re seeing?
In Lightburn under the Laser Tools menu, have you tried running a line interval test? This should yield a bit of insight to narrow down the source of the issue.
Also check to see if anything changed with material settings. Maybe you loaded a new material library a couple of weeks ago, or changed a value while testing something and didn’t change it back, not easy to say for sure but it’s always worth checking material settings to be on the safe side.
