Creality Falcon2 Pro Material Library

I put together the Lightburn library for the Creality Falcon2 Pro with a 40W laser. It contains the default recommended starting values from their website for the 40W laser. Feel free to post other libraries or material settings that you have found that work. If you do, don’t forget to post the laser power too.
Together, we can make the process of finding the right value for a new cut much easier.

Can you put this in a pdf or another downloadable file?

Hi I am brand new to laser engraving and I came across your library file. I do not have the 40W, but the 22W and I was curious to know if I was to edit the library for each material type, would I have to just edit the speed and power of each? Id imagine the 40% power would be much greater with the 40W than the 22W. Thanks in advance (Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question)

¡Gracias! Ya veré cómo lo uso porque soy nuevo en esto

That makes sense as a starting point to half the speeds.

I’ve just begun my laser journey with a Creality 60W, and after diving into countless YouTube videos and articles, one thing is clear—creating your own speed and power templates is essential. Materials vary so much across the world—moisture, humidity, wood quality, etc —all of which affect how the laser reacts. Building these templates isn’t easy either; it takes dialing in settings, testing ranges, spending time with the material, and repeating until the results feel right. That’s why I truly appreciate what Brant_Perry has shared. While I won’t simply copy and use the template as-is, I’ll definitely treat it as a valuable guide for my own work. Once again, thank you for sharing—it’s genuinely helpful.
