I have the latest software. I have the camera privacy options for the Creality Ferret camera turned on. My computer sees the Ferret 3-D scanner. But when I try to use the Wi-Fi bridge (yes it is blue) I get an error message from the Creality software. “The scanner is currently being used by another computer or mobile device, please disconnect the device form the scanner’s Wi-Fi connection.” The only thing that the scanner is connected to is the computer with the scanner software. I even connect to the scanner in the Wi-Fi settings on my desktop computer. Any help would be great. Thank you for your time.
I have the exact same issue, I can connect just fine but as soon as I try to start a scan that error pops up. I saw on some other forums people said to change the method to fast instead of high detail but that doesn’t even appear as an option for me on PC. Maybe they removed the option at some point. I sent two emails out to support about it so hopefully they’ll respond soon.

I managed to solve it by downgrading the scanner and the wireless bridge. After the downgrade, I closed and opened the software again and it suggested updating the equipment… so it updated to the latest version and for me the problem was solved.
Just connected my scanner to the pc again today for another test and had something similar happen, I didn’t downgrade, but the software recommended a firmware update and when it finished everything was working again!
