I’m learning to use the new creality hi. I’m very happy with the product, but learning the interface has been a bit of a challenge.
One problem I’ve having is that the multicolor icon is grayed out. The CFS seems to be working fine as I can select it a color for each front, but when I try to do anything with multicolor on the same print I can’t because I buttons grayed out. Is there a reason for that?

Thanks for the response. My grandson figured it out. I had not selected the colors yet.
