For months it was not listed, and now it is listed under “clearance printers sale“:
These is no announcement no where!
I invested in a lot of these printers and think that customers have a right to know in advance if you plan to stop a product, and till when thay may expect support.
If this turns out to be true, i will never again invest in a creality product.
Please react to this message what the plans are for the HI?
I am not surprised if the Creality Hi has been discontinued, it is the most troublesome machine I have ever bought.
I have had the thing for a couple of months now and had 3 new extruders two new filament runout sensors after only 203 hours running time.
I have had to unclip the bowden tube from the extruder numerous times to clear a spigot of filament,
On the whole I am very disappointed with it and am sorry I was seduced with the advertising of it. I bought the Hi Combo, then bought another CFS, the poll out shelves for them and 25 reels of filament totalling over £1000.
P.S. I must add that I also own a Creality K1 Max which is a fantastic machine!!
