CReality HI discontinued?

Hello.

is this printer discontinued?

On the eu store (Creality EU Official Store | 3D Printers, Materials & Accessories ) where you have “K1 Series“, “K2 Series“ etc you also had a slot for the HI.

For months it was not listed, and now it is listed under “clearance printers sale“:

These is no announcement no where!

I invested in a lot of these printers and think that customers have a right to know in advance if you plan to stop a product, and till when thay may expect support.

If this turns out to be true, i will never again invest in a creality product.
Please react to this message what the plans are for the HI?

Thank you.

Hello @atamgp
Welcome to the Creality Forum…! Creality-Logo

I don’t see a clearance here in the US Store.

Thanks for the reply.
We have to wait and see what happens and hopefully they wil keep supporting this printer.

It may be the case they stop with the HI and support the replacements “SPARKX“ and “Ender-3 V4“
This new ender support the CFS also.

I am not surprised if the Creality Hi has been discontinued, it is the most troublesome machine I have ever bought.

I have had the thing for a couple of months now and had 3 new extruders two new filament runout sensors after only 203 hours running time.

I have had to unclip the bowden tube from the extruder numerous times to clear a spigot of filament,

On the whole I am very disappointed with it and am sorry I was seduced with the advertising of it. I bought the Hi Combo, then bought another CFS, the poll out shelves for them and 25 reels of filament totalling over £1000.

P.S. I must add that I also own a Creality K1 Max which is a fantastic machine!!

Hi Freddy

To be honest , they are working fine for me. I have no K1 Max but heard indeed nice things about it.

I got a reply from support claiming the HI is not being discontinued, so let’s see.
