Creality Hi gives fault XS3001

First:

When the printer tried to extrude, the motor made a ticking sound, but didn’t extrude. I checked the connection on the extruder motherboard, there I found out that de motor connection was bad en when I moved it, there was a little spark, so I ordered a new extruder board.

After installing the new extruder board:

The printer still doesn’t extrude and now gives error XS2001. I also tried reïnstalling the firmware. So I ordered a new stepper motor, maybe the old one was shorted due to the spark.

After installing the new stepper motor it gives code XS3001.

The rest of the motherboard still function.

Any idea, what I can try next?
