My son had this printer for Christmas. After a few goes a great big blob stuck to the nozzle.
We have managed to remove it but now there are 2 wires hanging loose. I have no idea where they go

Esses fios são do bloco aquecedor, porem não tem como colocar no lugar novamente visto que ele é soldado no lugar. Aconselho comprar um kit novo.
Those are from the heater block. you must have ripped them out. need to buy a new a heater block….

Mate you ripped off the Hot end cables, you need now to buy a new one; on amazon are 15 USD (Amazon.com: Creality Hi Ceramic Hotend Kit, with 0.4mm Hardened Steel Unicorn Quick-swap Nozzle, All Metal Integrated Extruder Hot End Replacement, 300℃ Heating Block, High Thermal Conductivity : Industrial & Scientific).
