I have the same issue at times. I also have issues with the camera when printing in closed chambers while the heat is high enough to disable the camera.
Sometimes it is completely black while at other times, the camera is just on and frozen.
Same problem as many K1-Max users (read forum)… only a reboot of the printer resolves this, sometimes for days, sometimes for a few hours and the camera goes black again.
In other threads a few options to resolve it are explaind, none of them work with the printer we use at work. A few weeks ago I disconnected the lidar-cable from the print in the printhead. No problems with the camera going black since then…
