Creality, why are we stil on a buggy 2.3.5.33 firmware? And if a newer firmware exists, why can’t we update it from the settings menu → Firmware checking? PLEASE GIVE US A FIRMWARE UPDATE!

I can’t find ANY documentation on where I can download CFS firmware on the creality website apart from the USB drive that gets shipped with the kit. Why isn’t Creality documenting the latest CFS firmware for the K1 and K1C and why aren’t they providing links on their website?

The K1C 2025 model has no CFS support yet from what I’ve read. This is not directly applicable to me, but many others feel cheated and scammed.
Am I the only one who is starting to resent creality and feel cheated, never to recommend them ever again? Feels like they got 1 employee doing half time on firmware updates for the K1 series…
Creality, please, give us some new CFS Firmware!
From a person who recently got the creality K1C CFS kit. But after setting everything up, noticed severe lack of support and documentation.

When I discussed with Creality support they told me that there is 2.3.5.35 but it is probably not official OTA. 2.3.5.34 is buggy as well. I wish Creality focused on delivering working product. CFS is here for many month but still not working beta product.

I also have lots of issues with my K1C+CFS.
This week I found that the Firmware that was shipped with the CFS Upgrade was probably not the right one for my K1C, which has main board version CR4CU220812S12.
I was checking the official firmware page (Flagship Series Firmware Download | Creality 3D Printer Firmwares) and I notice a newer firmware for my main board model: CR4CU220812S12_ota_X2000E_V1.1.0.27.20251225.img
However I am currently running the latest firmware that was provided by Creality: v2.3.5.34 and the file name is: CR4CU220812S11_ota_img_V2.3.5.34.img
Which means that this firmware is for a older main board version. Not sure if that could be the root cause of some of the issues.
Anyway, I copied the latest firmware for my mainboard to a pen drive to try updating it. And guess what?
My K1C is not detecting new firmwares via pendrive…
Now I am not sure if this is an issue with my printer or with the current firmware or because there is some sort of version checking that prevents it to be installed since the most recent one for my main board has a smaller version then the firmware I currently have.
Does anyone knows? And how can I force the installation of the new firmaware using pen drive?
