Have you found a solution? I have the same issue, completely disassembled, no blocking filament or anything. The only thing I observed is that the grinding gears have a position where they start to move a little bit harder (by hand) maybe the teeth got deformed or the wheels themselves are out of place and dont move in a perfect round circle.
No it just kinda fixed its self that or i fixed it somehow but i dont know what i did
I’m having the same problem in mine is not clogged I bought a brand new extruder as well and brand new tips and it still making the same noise
Hi, I´m starting in the 3D printing, using a K1 MAX. I´m getting a lot of clogs with different PLA filaments, a few of them, could solve with the Extrusion command. But the most of it, I´ve to take the gears out and remove the piece of the filament on it.
Now I´m setting up the correct parameter for the PLA supplier, but still getting some clog in downloaded SLT. Is there any hint to check the model before printing? Thx
I encountered this problem the first day my printer came, What I did was remove the extruder there was a blue PTFE tube and make a counter sink using a drill bit on one side, that side should go into the extruder…
