Hello everyone. I treated myself to the KC back in November '25. I haven't used it much. A few weeks ago, it stopped extruding much filament. I initially suspected a clogged nozzle, so I immediately installed a genuine upgrade nozzle. I also added a more powerful extruder (which, unfortunately, turned out not to be compatible with the 2025 model). Since the modification, the printer gets stuck during the self-test. For about six weeks now, online and email support have been offering tips and ideas—none of which have helped. Even the printhead circuit board was replaced. Yet, they keep coming back with suggestions or ideas that have already been tried and ruled out. The latest tip was to skip the self-test using a USB stick, but that didn't work either. It seems no one there is capable—despite multiple requests—of actually reading through the entire history of our communication. I am thoroughly disappointed; after this experience, I can only advise against Creality. Congratulations to everyone whose printer works fine. Mine is a piece of ■■■■.
