Hello. I have a Creality K1C printer. For a few days, I’ve been experiencing freezing during printing and calibration. Then I tinkered with the printer a bit and realized that the printer wasn’t actually freezing. It was waiting. I realized that my printer’s plate was reading 55-60 degrees Celsius even though the room temperature was 30 degrees Celsius, and the printer was waiting for the temperature to drop to 50 degrees Celsius, the required temperature for calibration. I also reset the printer to factory settings, but the problem persists. What do you think I should do? Can software fix this problem? Do I need to replace the plate temperature sensor? If so, do I need to replace the entire plate or just the sensor? How can I find a guide for replacing it?
