Nice printer but can’t help thinking that for the same price I can buy a fully enclosed, actively heated core XY printer with a slightly larger build volume for the same price. What makes this better than a Qidi Q1 Pro? I can only think the main difference is Unicorn v Volcano (ish) nozzles and one is open source. Is it just to be a competitor to a P1P Bambu?
So basing on the current K1 apart from not being Enclosed its definitely been improved with the new extrduder and quick swap nozzle. The price range im sure will also drop considerably after the sales. And also gives scope to make mods and personalised.
Unfortunately cant compare against the qidi without me testing them side by side. But sometimes price can make someone decide their pruchase

Price range
I bought the K1C specifically so I could use media that required a heated chamber, so this would be a step backwards for me. Probably would work as a second printer though…
