Creality Nebula Cam + Ender 3 V3 KE - Choppy Video

Hi All. I just received my new Ender 3 V3 KE. It was bundled with a Creality Nebula webcam. The printer is great and works perfectly. The cam video is extremely choppy. Basically, it’s unwatchable. The choppy video happens through both the Creality Cloud web browser site in Windows and the Android mobile phone app. Does anyone know what may cause this and how to fix it?

Your Wifi bandwidth? Mine is mostly smooth but does have he odd minor freeze. Mine is connected on a Wifi6 Mesh network at the bottom of the garden in the shed. Have you tried viewing through a web browser on a PC, enter the IP address into the browser you should see the Klipper style page and webcam.
