When I hit to start the software, show up the splash screen, closes immediately and nothing happens.

Any idea how to fix it?

Not sure what version of Creality Print you are having this issue with but you might want to try and install an older version of 5.xxx or evne 4.xx to see if that works…
Try another version HERE
Make sure your virus software is not interfering also…
