I’m pritty new to 3d printing, and i caibrate everyhting in the lst creality print, but now 5 came out, i cant find the option for set the fow rate. Can sombody help me where i can find it?

Make sure you select advanced under Process, it shows the top/bottom/bridging flows under Quality section.
Also under Materials select advanced to see the main flow.

I wish that the software would stay at advanced once you have selected it.

You might have already got it by now but I just now figured out how to do that. In the settings you can set it to do that. On the main menu at top click on the gear:
I hadn’t and thanks, I only use 5.1 with my V3KE. The other enders are still on 4.8.3. Currently learning the Qidi Slicer, offshoot of Prusa Slicer, for my Qidi Xplus3…even more settings hidden in strange places.

Had it running for about a day, a fiddle faff to get z-offset right. Lack of limit switches is a little bit concerning coz that’s what I am used to. I know that with the V3SE I could run print after print all day, hoping that the Qidi will do that too. Vibration compensation seems to be a plateau above the Enders, super crisp corners. Now to buy some exotic filaments.
