I’ve been using CP 5.1 and today when launched, it announced the availability of CP 6.0 so I downloaded it and installed it.
Everything seems OK so far in my limited tests, however a few things to note:
- Printer profiles from 5.1 were not imported. I have a number of printer profiles for specialty filaments in CP 5.1 and have to manually add them into 6.0. Support- please ensure all CP upgrades import existing printers.
- CP 6.0 installs without adding your existing Creality 3D printer. All software upgrades should automatically do this for you. I had to manually add my K1. The image CP 6.0 automatically gives me for my K1 is for an Ender 3 V3???
Please fix this. - About box shows “Creality Print V6.0.0.1078 Release” however then shows “Creality Print V5.2 is based on the orcaslicer…”. Please fix this up.
