Creality Print 6.2 not working on CRM4

I cannot get any successful prints using Creality Print 6.2 on my CRM4 printer. Is anyone else having problems printing using the Creality Print 6.2 slicing software.

I’ve had similar issues with 6.2 prints that didn’t come out right. Rolling back to the previous version worked better for me.
