Since updating from 7.1 to 7.2 now all my previous project files will not open. It say’s there is no geometry in the project file which is not the case as all the project files opened ok in 7.1

I have not encountered this (yet). Is there anything about the files that do not open, or is it consistent across all files? I am assuming these are project files, yes?

I assume you have restarted your computer after installation?
7.2 has been working excellent for me.

its working fine, not excellent, as i have the slicer failed multiple times printing an object, do you know how much effort i took to print that damm piece? i now learn to save multiple times my projects when im working on them xd

Unfortunately, I have discovered a serious bug in the new version 7.2. Since the update, the spacing between the standard supports and the object (above layer 1) is being ignored; this means the supports are touching the object directly. This issue was not present in the previous version.
As a result, the supports are extremely difficult to remove.
Yes!!! i came here to see if anyone had a similar issue!! but the crazy ■■■■ is that its happening on both my desktop AND laptop. the support is directly touching the model. Even if I change the spacing to a super high number. Its crazy they pushed out the software with this bug!! this cost me alot of time and damn money
I can not get a print to go past the hotbed check. It shows a picture of the clean hotbed and it used to say print after. now it just pauses there. I wish i could return this. Ive had nothing but problems with this. The app is terrible and now that the Print software doesn’t work I cant print anything. Its beyond frustrating.
