I went to make a new print today. I sliced the file and went to print and it failed. I went to look at my device on the software and received a grey screen. Thought it may just be a software issue so uninstalled it and downloaded the same version again still the same. Did the same uninstalled and downloaded an older version and the same again I’m now thinking it’s to do with something on my laptop but haven’t a clue what could be causing it. Also to mention the online model tab is also giving me the same grey screen. My internet is working fine and I’ve checked the permissions and they’re all good. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have just had the same issue, grey screen and printer not recognised even after I input the correct IP address. I was on 4.3.9 for the last 12 months no problems.
I did not want to upgrade because I use a V3 SE with nebula pad mod.
So last night I downloaded Creality Print 7.1, updated to latest version and loaded the printer with no problems.
After getting to grips with settings etc. I printed with PETG and was very surprised to find a flawless first layer,
with no stringing and the speed is MUCH faster than previous.
Try fully uninstalling both versions of creality print and try again.
I also wonder if this is a creality cloud issue that effects the software running correctly.

Funnily enough I left it overnight and it appears to have sorted itself out haha
