Creality print error 20010

Hello,

I’d like to control my imrpimante with the latest version of creality but there’s an error message and I can’t do anything.

(latest version of creality print, K1 MAX).

I have an error message 20010 on the printer, I have access to the camera and I can see live but I can’t do anything with the creality print software.

Has anyone had this problem before?

I found it. In new version it is “no filament”
