creality print not allowing 4 color print from CFS

i am trying to import a file with 4 colours creality print will only let me import 2 and wont let me edit the number in the box, i have attached 2 screen shots to show model and problem any help would be great

Sadly I was unable to reproduce the error

Opening it

importing it as project

importing it as geometry.

always opens without color.
