Interestingly, I am going to print a Gridfinity baseplate however I want to use mouse ears to make sure the model does not warp, however when enabled in CP, they do not show? Is this normal?

Maybe try the latest version of CP? It’s best to update to the current version 5.1.1.9490.
When say they don’t show up do you mean in the final print or in the slicer…?
They are showing up in the newest version slicer in V5. As @3D_Danny said to make sure you have the latest version of 5.xx. Creality Print is still going through a lot of updates.
I’ll update CP and see if it works. Thanks.
They don’t show in the CP GUI and they don’t print. However on smaller prints they show in the GUI and they print as well. I’ll update CP and see what happens.
This screenshot shows Brim Type = Mouse Ear yet nothing shows on the bed and nothing prints.
Brim Type = Auto shows nothing. Outer & Inner Brims work as intended.
I updated to CP version 5.1.1.9490 and the same issue appears. I scaled the model down to 95% with the same issue:
I then scaled the model down to 80% and 3 of 4 mouse ears appeared on the plate?!
If cp doesnt do it then add your own to the model. If on windows use microsoft 3d builder if you dont model usually.
Try today’s update to see if it works. Is this 5.1.2.9904.
Same thing, the mouse ears only show when I scale the grid down to 84% and smaller. Is this a bug?
It seems to be ‘normal’ for me; at least to the extent that it shows and prints 3/4. Needless to say, it curls up on the un-moused corner!
Solved by using a brim all the way around, but … really?
C’mon Creality; I know Disney has gone bonkers, but this is just too much of a protest!
