Creality Print Reporting Low Consumables after update to V7.2.1.5476 MacOS Apple K2 Pro

After updating Creality Print to V7.2.1.5476 MacOS Apple every time I send print I get the following message: "Low Consumables Balance Reminder The consumables in slot of model K2Pro are insufficient, Please replenish them in time.”

The printer is a K2 Pro with the latest firmware. No CFS. I am using non-Creality filaments. I’ve never received this message before the Creality Print update.

Another issue is that I am expecting leveling problems I believe since the extruder tip is hitting the top surface of the objects. Not sure if it’s a Creality Print issue or caused by the updated firmware since both were updated recently.

I get the same message. Using CFS and run Creality Print on Windows. So I guess it is some issue in the new update. But as You said - both firmware end software was updated.

Having the same.

Because the nozzle is somehow touching the plate—I have been unable to print since then.
Is there anyone who can share ideas to solve this?
