Creality Print- top/bottom thickness slicing at only 1 layer, no thicker

Hi, I’m using 6.2.2.3203. Any model I try to print is only slicing with a single layer for both the top and bottom. Changing either the bottom layers or bottom shell thickness makes no change…it slices with only a single layer. What is going on? Any solutions? I’m using a stock profile for the Ender 3 V3 Plus and a stock system preset for 0.25mm.

Hello ! Is it possible to get an image of the preview ?

And in the preview do you see the infill ? If not, it could mean you have the lite mode activated

I still have the same problem - the bottom thickness is only one layer no matter what I try. I even tried completely deleting and reloading Creality print. But one thing I couldn’t do was find the filament profiles - they are not under my UserName/AppData and stated elsewhere.

Any help?

Can you share a screenshot of the whole preview ? :slight_smile:

I finally found the printer profiles and wiped everything clean and reinstalled…now I don’t have the problem. So it is solved. I wonder if it had something to do with Lite Mode…but I don’t know.
