I have installed the latest version of the Creality Print software for MacOS with Mac chip. But it won’t open a window. It says the app is open, but there is no way I can see any screen. Here is a screenshot when I select the thumbnail and command ‘Show all windows’.
Everything works fine on my windows machine, but I cannot use Creality Print on my macbook which is really annoying. Please assist (and uninstall, reboot, install, sometimes works for one session, but I cannot do this everytime I want to slice and print something).
