Creality Print V6 not responding on opening

Hi, I have had a Ender 3 v2 for ages, but due to life + ADHD, it has only just been set up! I have installed Printer V6 from the website. The software is opening, but then not responding, and the only option is to close the programme. I have tried this multiple times, but the software won’t run properly. Any tips?

There is a post by “Luca_Valenti” who has a way that might help.

Once sorted, only use Creality Print version 5.17 for now as version 6 has problems.

I’d stay with 5.1.7 too like Radical_data says, the older Enders aren’t even mentioned in V6, even in todays update. You might be better off running Orca, that has older Ender printers including the 3 V2.
